Bundled Birth Package

Service Description

Billing for two prenatal visits, birth assistance, and two postpartum visits at $100. Can add on up to 4 additional support visits as of 2025, with an added cost of $20 per support visit. Please email directly to book this service. Please email ellie.long@thwbilling.com directly to begin the process. I will then send you a Doula and Client Information Form to fill out. Please include a photo of the front and back of your client's insurance card to show their insurance is active! After submitting the form to me, I will send it back with an electronic signature request. Once I have received the signed copy, I mail out your claim and update as needed. Payment is required at point of signature.
